High Speed Train Brings Buyers to Folkestone
We are pleased that after its first year of operation, the new high speed rail service from Folkestone to London St Pancras is now fully operational. With a journey time of less than one hour it has already had a positive effect on the property market in Folkestone, with people wanting to live in the area where property is seen as good value with prices still relatively low compared to other similar commuter locations - with the added benefit of living by the sea on the beautiful Kent coast.
