The Landlord
The firm will ensure that rents are collected and paid to the landlord as close to the payment due date as possible. Remittances to landlords can be by direct transfer into a nominated bank account and monthly statements are issued giving details of monies collected and expended on their behalf.
Insurance
By building careful working relationships with expert insurance brokers and by taking advantage of bulk premiums, the firm is able to obtain excellent buildings insurance cover with reputable companies. Claims are processed by the property managers and repair work is arranged where appropriate.
